We understand that your event entry fee is important and a significant purchase to you and you do not want to lose your money. We have created a withdrawals policy which allows us and you to be as flexible with you as possible, without it impacting on the event management process.
From the moment we begin to organise an event, we start to incur costs. Your entry fee is invested in the cost of putting on the event. Everything from safety pins to risk assessments comes at a cost from physical materials to staff time. Organising any event requires a considerable amount of forward planning, risk and expenditure.
Our withdrawal policy reflects this and is as follows:

 

OPTION 1
Withdrawals within the cooling off period

If you notify us via email within 14 days of the original order, a full refund (less the booking fee) will be provided.¬†All withdrawals must be done by emailing us at [email protected]

 

 

OPTION 2
Claim on your event booking protection

On all our events (within the exception of GoTri events) we offer booking protection at the checkout.

This insurance protects you in the event of being unable to take part in the event due to a host of reasons including;

– Accidents

– Injury

– Physical and mental Illness

– Death including suicide

– Adverse weather conditions

– Burglary

– Fire

– Flooding

– Private vehicle failure

– Public transport failure

– Military call up overseas

– Jury Service

– Redundancy

– Relocation by employer

If you choose to accept the risk and not purchase insurance for your booking we may still be able to help up until 7 days before the event.

 

OPTION 3
Transfers between people

Race entries are transferable between people until 7 days prior to the event.

In order to transfer your race entry contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a discount code so that your replacement can register themselves onto the event.This process must be completed 7 days prior to the event as after this time all details are fixed into our event plans.

 

 

OPTION 4
Defer your entry to a different race:

You may defer your entry up until 14 days prior the event to a later event.

If the new event is at a higher price than the original booking, the participant will pay the price difference. No refunds will be given if the chosen event is at a lower price. The event must be selected at the time of deferral and this entry is final.

 

 

We offer what we believe is a clear and fair process for everyone who participates in our events.
Please note that whilst you may feel your case is exceptional we endeavour to treat everybody equally and as such in line with the above policy at all times.
