NOW GOING INTO ITS FIFTH YEAR THE WOKING TRIATHLON HAS BECOME A SEASON REGULAR FOR MANY LOCAL TRIATHLETES WITH LOTS OF PAST COMPETITORS COMING BACK YEAR AFTER YEAR.

"A well organised and friendly Tri. A great selection of cookies and cakes at the end was the perfect finish to a local event! A nice course with a good finish in a great park. Booking system was easy, the briefing on Saturday helped with the early start. Marshalls were friendly, transition and course well laid out. Will definitely be back."

EVENT FAQ

Do I need to have done a triathlon before?

Absolutely not the novice/Gotri event is a great event for first timers and is geared up specifically to provide an entry point for people into the sport.

How is the race timed?

We use electronic chip timing for Woking Triathlon. This is a different system to those you may have seen on other events with the chip worn on the wrist. This enables us to access the chip when you start in the pool and wirelessly read it at all other timing points.

What facilities are available on site

You have full use of the leisure centres changing facilities including showers, lockers, toilets and cafe.

Do you provide Food & Water

We have a feed station on the run you pass 2-3 times with a mixture of energy and water available.

My friends/family want to come and support what can they see?

Woking Park is a great venue for spectators, there is a viewing gallery for the competition pool, the transition & finish is located just outside, and you will pass them several times on the run.
